Orders
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please complete the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@clareabeaus.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate what has happened.

Refunds
We’re sure you’ll love your purchase, however, if for any reason you’re not happy, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement provided you return it to us within 14 days of your order.
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
You must return your item in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your items. Your return will not be accepted if you have not contacted us before you send the item.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
Damages
We take every care to ensure your products are properly packaged and protected during transit, but we appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur.
We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery, if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot refund or replace items that have been used.
Once we establish the damage was caused in transit, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.
