When will my order be dispatched?
As a small business, we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually sent within 2 to 4 working days, Monday to Friday. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is UK delivery?
Delivery for gift vouchers and up to 1 Discovery Collection is £2.95 and sent as a letterbox parcel. All other UK shipping starts from £4.25.
Do you offer international delivery?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, our products are beautifully presented and make lovely gifts.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we’ll always do our best to help.
Wax Melts
How long will my wax melts last?
Each wax melt gives approximately 8 to 10 hours of fragrance, depending on the size of the room, your burner, and how quickly the tealight burns.
How do I use wax melts?
Simply place a wax melt into the well of your burner and use with an unscented tealight underneath. As the wax gently melts, it will release its fragrance into your home.
How many times can I use a wax melt?
You can enjoy your wax melt until the fragrance fades. Once the scent has gone, allow the wax to cool before removing it and replacing it with a new one.
How do I remove used wax from my burner?
Once the wax has cooled and started to firm up, it can usually be gently popped out. You can also warm it very slightly for a few seconds to help loosen it.

How can I get the best from my candle?
For the best burn, allow your candle to form a full melt pool on the first burn. Trim the wick before each use and never leave a burning candle unattended.
How strong is the scent?
Our fragrances are designed to beautifully scent your home without feeling overpowering. Some are soft and subtle, while others are richer and more full bodied.
