“How our monthly wax melt subscription works”
- Your card will be charged each month before we despatch your order.
- Subscription boxes are despatched on the 17th of each month (or the next working day if it’s a weekend or bank holiday) with the cut-off day for orders being the 14th of each month.
- Orders placed after the 14th of each month will be despatched the following month.
- Subscription boxes are only available for delivery within the UK

How It Works
- Your card will be charged each month before we despatch your order.
- Subscription boxes are despatched on the 17th of each month (or the next working day if it’s a weekend or bank holiday) with the cut-off day for orders being the 14th of each month.
- Orders placed after the 14th of each month will be despatched the following month.
- If you purchase other products alongide the subsciption box, postage will be charged for those items. Wax melt subscription box will follow on the above date.
- Delivery is included in the price of the subscription
- Your subscription will continue to run until you cancel or pause ANYTIME via your online account.
- We carefully choose the contents based on the seasons, best sellers, themes and you’ll be the 1st to receive new scents.
- Discounts have already been included with the boxes so additional discount codes cannot be redeemed against them
- Subscription boxes are only available for delivery within the UK
